Polaris Estates is the property arm of a family group that owns, manages and sells assets in Spain and the United States. Alongside our own holdings, we represent exceptional property across Mallorca, working directly with clients who value discretion and trusted relationships over volume.
We keep the portfolio small on purpose. Each property is handled personally, from the first conversation to the closing, and each buyer we introduce is someone we have taken the time to know.
