The Website presents property available for sale through Polaris Estates and allows you to enquire about it. We act as an intermediary between owners, collaborating agencies and prospective buyers. We are not the owner of the properties advertised unless expressly stated.
All property information is indicative and provided in good faith on the basis of what the owner or the collaborating agency has supplied. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a survey, a valuation, or legal, tax or investment advice. Buyers must carry out their own checks and take independent professional advice before committing to a purchase.
Photographs, plans, renderings and visualisations are illustrative. Where a property is unfinished or subject to redevelopment, images may show a proposed design rather than the current condition of the building.
Submitting an enquiry creates no obligation on either side. We may decline to act on an enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property.
